Our charges

Charges for water and sewerage services are approved by Ofwat and apply from 1 April every year.

Our current charges (other than special agreements) apply throughout the region, except for the areas covered by the Bristol, Sembcorp Bournemouth Water or Cholderton and District water companies.

Our prices are decreasing in 2015-16. We also provide a number of schemes to help customers who have difficulty in paying their bills.

How are you charged?

There are two ways we can charge you for water and/or sewerage services:metered or unmetered.

Not in our area?

If you receive your water supply or sewerage services from another water company, they will be happy to give you information about their charges.

Charges that are applicable from 1 April will be published on 2 February once approved by Ofwat.

Further information about charges is also available here and includes our 2015/16 schemes, assurance and associated documents.
